I have “left” and “right” socks that contour differently. Today I accidentally put two “right” ones on. Had to go back and change them. Wouldn’t want too many “R”s

In the UK (where the rule of law still applies), the latest Epstein Files tranche is quite possibly going to bring down the entire government over the “biggest scandal in a hundred years”. Meanwhile, if the same happened here it would be just another day of the current US Administration

Who in Boston isn’t excited to travel to the Dear Leader Back Bay train station in Leaderville (formerly “Boston”), take the Dear Leader Express (formerly “Acela”) to LeaderTown (formerly “New York City”), and enjoy all that Strong Bigly Big Leader man station has to offer?

In Boston, they had to put up a Craigslist post to pay people to watch this movie. I suspect even then, they will struggle to find enough people to take money to watch it. On the other hand, it sold out in two locations. Easiest way ever to decide never to visit those two locations as a tourist

We analyzed ticket sales for nearly 1,400 opening day screenings of Melania at theaters across the US. These are the only two that were sold out. from @regret.bsky.social

Certainly by about age 10, school age children may know many details of the geographical differences between Iceland and Greenland. And by the age of 80 years, apparently it is possible that some people have learned there is a difference between the two countries. But only some people.

The key thing to remember about all the crazy news that is happening this week is that we still have not seen the release of the Epstein Files. I’m sure that has nothing to do with the threat of invasion of a NATO ally

Next up: folks who want to suck up to the Dear Leader will hand over their honorary degrees. Where does it end? I mean, nothing matters any more, but this ought to still disgust at least the statistical 65% of you who are not addled MAGA nutjobs

Precisely zero “business leaders” will do the right thing today and condemn the attack on the independence of the Fed. Unless it starts to impact their stock price. Then, maybe they’ll consider saying something.

The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command. May whatever God you do not or do believe in bless the United States

New Presidential Cognitive test: in addition to being able to identify a person, woman, man, camera, TV, also must be able to find on a map (unaided) the country you plan to illegally invade today

One can simultaneously dislike a brutal foreign leader and also respect the rule of international law. The whackos think this is normal because they don’t see how far it can go or how dangerous it can become

When I watch “the news” I want to hear from informed experts. Not blathering fools. You call them elites. I call them people with degrees and credentials who know what they’re talking about. For TV News I had already switched to foreign media for accurate reporting, but still, shame on CBS

I’m old enough to remember when the U.S. ostensibly stood for peace and was a shining city on a hill. There was no Department of War looking for conflicts and no warships named after an egomaniac
