As a child I learned about American culture from VH1's I Love the 80s and it shows.
Finally did my thang in the kitchen yesterday. Carnitas tacos with corn salsa, guac, cilantro lime crema, cotija, and some pickled red onions. I made everything but the tortillas and pickled onions.

Thank you again to every who has contributed. I have a devastating update. My little man, Griffin, didn’t make it. His health took a turn for the worse and he passed at 6 this morning, August 24th. So thank you all again who supported.
