I think one of the top 3 angriest moments in my entire life was when I went to my pharmacy for a hydroxychloroquine refill I was prescribed years prior for crippling arthritis pain (alongside other meds), and the pharmacist told me she had none to give out after Trump hyped it up.

Any competent interpreter will be able to translate a question (about anime, lol) on the fly. It's a convenient excuse, but it's just a PR move to be able to screen for 'undesirable' questions
