Software doesn't win on tech alone. It wins on the people who make it and the community they cultivate. I suspect orgs with LLM tunnel-vision are going to learn this the expensive way.

This reminds me, calm technology actually has a very rich history reaching back to "ubiquitous computing" of the late 1980s. Check out press.uchicago.edu/ucp/books/bo... for a great introduction to it.
