So, I backed a crowdfunding project and the pledge manager closed yesterday. Lots of warnings were sent out leading up to yesterday. Then all of a sudden, people post saying they forgot, they didn’t know, etc. How would you handle it?
I’m still working through LotV but that doesn’t mean I can’t pick up Shadow of the Storm by @earthbornegames.bsky.social , right? I mean it is my favourite game of all time. 😆
For the first time playing Earthborne Rangers by @earthbornegames.bsky.social , this card ended my day in 15 minutes. 😂. Getting back to the valley after a few months hiatus and it’s still epic. Reset and then played for another 1.5 hours. Just hope I have time left after day 22.
Alrighty, time to do a top 50 board games of all time, 2026 edition! I’m using Pub Meeple to rank my games. This time, I’m excluding games that are legacy games (like Pandemic Season 1) and games that are one and done (like Morrison Game Factory). Games need to be played at least once. 😆. Ready?

Wow, that was tough. The way beings were interacting with each other was awesome but also interacting with me, gosh, didn’t think I was going to find out what is happening. I was fatiguing almost every round. In the end, I did it and it was so worth it. Thank you @earthbornegames.bsky.social .

More than halfway through the year and I’ve almost achieved some of my goals but others have been challenging. I’m going to keep going and see where we are at the end of the year. 😊🥳🎉

Managed to get in 4 games in today, one with my oldest, one with my youngest, and two solo! Lands of Galzyr, Marvel Dice Throne Missions, Earthborne Rangers, and Fliptown: The Lone Gun. 😊

Peace is not always a feeling, but it is a knowing. It’s been another rough week for our family. We lost our uncle yesterday. 😥
Losing someone you have loved all your life is one of the hardest things to go through. The sadness, the grief, and the lost comes and goes. I’m thankful for all the time I spent with Mommie. I will remember her love, care, and spunkiness. She is with Jesus now. I will miss you, Mommie.
Whew. Completed Chapter 4 of Fliptown: Lone Gun solo campaign. Managed to complete the objective but just barely got enough points for a star. Fliptown is such a good game. 🥳🎉❤️
It’s been a whirlwind this past month. I’ve been sick most of the month and had a root canal done. All this and growing a year older. Learning to find joy in the midst of pain. ❤️
