@wooliewoolz.bsky.social Put together a Jo Guns heroforge model and was about to give up trying to come up with a pose for it when I heard your call to action on the heroforge ad read in the last podcast. Weird how things fall together. www.heroforge.com/load_config%... #woolievsart

I did it! I'm not bad at Street Fighter! It's official! The game said so!
Saw The Odyssey. Didn't like it. Wrote a big rant for my friends but to boil it down to the very core of it, it can't decide if it wants to be a *film* full of subtlety and nuance, or a *movie* that stops and has the characters stop and explain the message three times while staring into the camera.
Anyone can tell you this movie sucks. The producers have *so much* contempt for the intelligence of its audience that characters are constantly reminding each other what's going on. But I love it, unironivally. I love the gunfights, I love the oo-rah, I love when the alieum space ship explodes.
Upon thinking over the time it takes me to make each piece I do and what the minimum wage is for that same time, I'll be raising my prices for comms. Starting June 1st: Full body = £100 Halfbody = £80 Headshot = £70 These changes will be reflected both in VGen, and if you comm me directly.
I'll make a proper advertisement page soon instead of just a screenshot, but here are my #VGen Services! I took the opportunity to try out some new prices and options. Full Body - £70 Thigh/Waist up -£50 Headshot/Portrait - £40 Please consider making use of my VGen so I can get verified!
One downside to getting your driver's license as an adult is learning you've spent three decades watching drivers do dangerous illegal shit that nearly cost them their lives (and yours!) and just took it for granted that's how driving works.
@dungeonbitch.bsky.social - Sorry, can't. Can't reply to the thread at all anymore, wild how that happened. Didn't screencap that part because that's not what was being asked... but yeah Dark Eldar are more or less entirely Melnibonéan coded and are more or less the last vestige of that style today
You screen grab the rest of it where I told him this isn’t an elf. tfouttahere.
A package arrived this morning from @heroforgeminis.bsky.social From left to right we have: Rilean - the changeling raised as a cleric Yserge - the bow magus Lilly Dafodilly - aka Wrecker Djotrixonauk - aka Trixy the Warbold And most important of all: Untitled Dwarf Wizard Project.
Blue Eye Samurai - Because I just watched it and its fresh in mind. Rings of Power - Because I have some some opinions on what it does and does not do well and it deserves analysis. Evangelion - Because you don't really need to describe that show on an episode by episode basis.
The Sopranos Twin Peaks: The Return The Larry Sanders Show
Unfinished kitbash project based on the Sunstroke Rogue Trader mission from GDW's Challenge magazine. As novel as the idea of an all female space marine legion was, the wild way RT squad loadout works got me thinking it would be fun to try to capture the attitude of RT with modern kit aesthetics.
The Doomcast Eternal. Another kitbashing project I did for a painting contest. Way more satisfied with the white marble than the green marble, but the real key is the base that turns and slots out for a playable mini. Won by default, I was the only one who brought an AoS mini. :(
Ylthari's Guardians, painted these up for a painting competition - only to find out they didn't have a unit category for me to put them in! Ended up submitting only Ahnslaine the archer and she did fairly well. Great opportunity to refine my sylvaneth's colour scheme (brown/black->green->white)
My current BB project, a Slaanesh themed Chaos Chosen with a name I'm still workshopping (The Lady Beastmen? Furies of Slaanesh?) Originally, I was going to build them completely stock and use them as practice before I paint my halflings. Instead they've become my most kitbashed team yet.
Halflings are the best team of all. They're so bad. This project has: -16 Hopefuls -2 Catchers -2 Hefties -2 Treemen -1 Coach -1 Chef -1 Mascot -1 Squirrel -And 5 Star Players And was a blast to build. I have one other team I want to paint first so I can shake the dust off before I tackle them.
First up, Blood Bowl stuff! My team, the Steelburgh Pitters (they stole their uniforms). I finished painting them for a league that ended up being cancelled due to COVID, the Coach was made specifically for it to. The Roborc, Murphy, is their troll and is currently primed and waiting for paint.
So I guess I'm overdue making an intro post. I've been on Bluesky for maybe a year now but only got out the odd reply. I'm into warhammer and love kitbashing models. I play video games (with SF6 being the main passion right now) Love me some Pathfinder, currently GMing an Extinction Curse campaign
