Part 1 of learning AWS AI-DLC by building a game: the setup. Three layers made it click: .claude/ is the process, aidlc/ the records, game/ + amplify/ the product. And start with a small proof of concept, not the whole game.

Part 1 of the AI-DLC game series: the setup commands (aidlc config for Claude Code, aidlc update to 2.11.1, the doctor check, the first /aidlc poc request), the four-stage proof-of-concept plan with intent capture approved, and the three folders of the project: .claude for the process, aidlc for the records, game and amplify for the product

I'm learning AWS AI-DLC by building a game in Godot with an AWS backend. An agent does the work, each stage stops for my approval, and it all goes in a build log. Five parts so far: setup, a proof of concept, automated E2E tests, what the reviews caught, and inside a stage.
