One of French puppeteer Raphaël Gromy’s most recognizable performances features a puppet painting real artworks on canvas, blending puppetry, live performance, and visual art into a unique theatrical experience. 😊 IG: @artistsuniversum @raphael_gromy

Every conversation about bike lanes is like: "Car crashes kill a huge number of people every day, including pedestrians, cyclists, & car occupants. Good bike infrastructure has been shown to make everyone safer (& doesn't increase congestion)." "But sometimes cyclists break rules & hit people!"

It’s been since forever I have ridden out to Saxapahaw! So long I couldn’t remember how to spell it. Nice to get back out on longer rides on the beautiful machine.

Watching la Tour de France Femmes, and noticed the ASO printed number 13 upside down, since many bike racers invert the number when pinning it on and Célia Gery put it on around anyway ! 🤣

This is one of the issues I have raised about data centres when I spoke to the Orange County Board of Commissioners. An element that immediately affects the health of neighbors and neighboring communities is the sound and air pollution from generating electricity like we’re still in the 1950’s

Duke Energy has applied to the state to operate 57 diesel generators that would temporarily power the data center until a transmission line is built. They could emit several hundred tons of pollutants and 70,000 tons of greenhouse gases in a year.

According to anti-cyclist replies, here's evidence that cars and bikes are equally dangerous: 🚗: They kill ~40000 people in the US annually 🚲: I saw a cyclist run a red light 30 years ago
