lost one of the cards for my playing card deck, so im toying with designing my own replacement! don't hate this ascii art idea, but it seems a little hard to read for actual play...
really sucks how much joy "ai" has sucked out of tech, both hardware (bc of prices) and software
i have ascended to a new level of commander deckbuilding! why spend all that time fine tuning a deck when i can just throw scryfall queries in a CSV and have a python script spit out an infinite variety of decks!!
ik secret lairs are limited on purpose, but something like a mystery booster style chaos draft product where every pack includes a number of reprints from across secret lair would be so fun!
i feel like if you raised a child in such a way where the only media they consume is northernlion streams theyd turn out very funny

its kind of baffling that they still show you foreign-language ads on youtube the second you step foot in another country! like, im literally *signed in*, surely google would know better than to serve me dutch ads??
its kind of sad im getting to go to magiccon now, the time im playing the least magic i have in years im feeling weirdly mixed about it (especially since im going alone) when just a year or two ago i wouldve been _so_ excited

Interesting they're giving Trelane the Q creature type, even though that was technically only established pretty recently (SNW s3)! makes it seem like they probably had access to unreleased stuff during design?
posted this before he posted about "his" new word game being "ai"-coded... i can kind of see the case for this kind of use case (kind of!) but i _really_ don't for someone like him, who could easily find a hundred hobby web devs who'd love to help him realize his game concept...

- not actually playing MKW - uses smart steering - doesn't know how to drift properly - basic mario + standard kart build rare zohran L im afraid 😔

aesthetically i hate everything about this, but i really vibe with this as a voltron commander.... very mana hungry, but being able to protect it (by copying a bogle or a land) make it unblockable, get damage triggers/stats on it after blockers is really cool!
