Now that the EA Saudi deal has officially closed and EA is fully owned by Saudi investment, EA muppets are gonna have to decide if their integrity is worth continuing to shill for bad sports games just to get some worthless exclusives. Well, assuming they even had integrity to start with.

That is impressive, given how beginner-unfriendly that userbase is and how toxic they are towards ANYTHING that isn't mindless praise of the OS. That will forever be the reason I will not use Linux based devices, even portable ones. If I want lectures from strangers, I'll work in retail again.

I'm debating whether or not to overhaul my templates further than I already have by making individual templates for each wrestling company, racing series, and sub-niche (TV show, movie, video game, etc) I work on instead of grouping them by overall theme. That would be a lot of work.

I optimized all my Race Day templates and managed to shrink them pretty substantially. Had some leftover stuff I didn't need in most of the templates, so getting rid of that saved me a decent chunk of space. Might also make Photopea run a bit smoother since I've had some freezing problems lately.

We also can't forget how much wrestling chatter gets posted on here. If WrestleSky didn't exist, the app might not have achieved some of the heights it has. I just wish the staff over here wasn't so hellbent on getting in their own way by chasing an audience that'll never come over.

Bluesky absolutely can expand outside of a specific slice of American Politics in pretty straightforward ways. Like Twitter is still aggressively used in Japan and that's a good place to start chipping away. Entire industries. Getting sports posters on here has made the site more engaging.

Seeing the world crashing around Infantino makes me so happy. He's about to lose his empire in a way that makes Sepp Blatter getting ousted look like a normal Tuesday.

I probably could've made this a few months ago when I had it on my WIP list originally, but nonetheless, here's Thekla as champion, set to take the track. Gotta say, being able to do Raw Deal style variants for this thing is the most fun thing.

Watching a sports streamer I watch and he just posted a graphic that says EA FC 27's super expensive version has preordered more than GTA VI has in a lot of countries. Just reinforcing how dumb the average sports gamer is. No critical thinking, mindless buying of the newest shiny thing.

I've been thinking more and more about whether or not this is collusion of sorts by front offices, purposeful or accidental. Something doesn't smell right and it honestly feels like they're deliberately trying to manufacture a justification for MLB's propaganda push during negotiations.

This is the big thing for me. We put all this stock into prospect rankings and how one player was traded for the 17th ranked this and the 23rd ranked that, only for someone that was never ranked to end up being better than the entire system. Prospects are not guaranteed in any sport, esp. baseball

Jason Benetti on the Tigers broadcast is ignoring the Skubal news. Wayne Randazzo on the Angels broadcast talked about how he doesn't understand how other teams couldn't at least match the Dodgers' prospect package for Skubal, while he ignored the "sell the team" chants. Interesting times.
