Helen, @transistor-michael.bsky.social, & @transistor.fm's devs gifted me (Chad) an incredible support experience today. ~6 hrs after I asked how to make show notes links open in a new tab, Transistor's dev team released an update to make that happen! We LOVE hosting our podcast on Transistor! ❤️

My company, @transistor.fm, is doubling down on human-powered Customer Support. Customer support, powered by Helen and @transistor-michael.bsky.social, is one of the best features of our company. They can dig into the nuance of each inquiry, understand what’s at stake, and resolve issues quickly.

I think I’m going to cancel my GitHub sponsors account. The only winner is the IRS/HMRC when every dollar is taxed twice. At least if I sold you something — a book, a course or whatever — you could expense it. I also feel bad that it’s mostly individuals, not companies.

I broke the housing of our whole house water filter and we’re without water until (hopefully) a part gets delivered tomorrow. I’m taking the opportunity to shower at my kids swimming lesson place 🤫
