This was a lesser noticed tech decision yday amid the earthquake verdict against Meta -- but one that may signal how SCOTUS will regulate social media. The ruling was 9-0 for ISPs. Not difficult to imagine a similar outlook by the justices if and when the verdicts get appealed up.
