If he wins the primary there is certainly going to be a lawsuit to determine whether he meets the residency requirements and is actually eligible. And he’s registered to vote in TX but not MN…
You must live out of state for 6 months + 1 day to be a non-resident (and ergo not pay MN income tax). If you depart on vacation from MN rather than your other state, those days count as MN residency. Also where your primary physician, etc are located help determine state of residency. /(cont)
