memorial portrait commission for pepper. she is remembered as a kind loving girl who comforted her family during their rough times. when i paint these commissions, i can only hope to help their family find a little closure, or have something to look at, or even pat on the head everyday.
i had to say goodbye to my beautiful girl cookie. she suddenly came into my life one day as a stray that followed me home. then suddenly she has left me. she passed peacefully in my arms. my beloved daughter, one day we will meet again. i love you, i will miss you everyday.
