For Liam it's the first snowfall of the year❄️ Overall start of winters are hard for him due to him losing his dad around that time and everything involved in that. He avoids sleeping as desperate attempt to not get nightmares or sleep terrors, which then causes his insomnia ☺️ #oc #ocask

Then we also get to this drawing🌹 red roses around him symbolize so many things: possible suitors for him, others expectations, the life he never actually chose. At this point tho the vines and thorns are buried so deep in his skin, they've also become restraining and breaking free would be painful

For Rivenn that is EXTREMELY hard ❌ Ty did it by forcibly intruding in his life and not getting scared off by his cold attitude or death glare So Riv is kinda like a cat :'> Force yourself consistently in its space, understand the hissing and show that you mean no harm (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ)

At the beginning of the story Rivenn kind of IS a villain. He's rude and arrogant and has kinda messed up values and worldview because of his family. His friend group only enabling that further... It's only because of his own good heart and wants (and Tyson✨) that he starts to change
