#rpgmaker On an "unrelated" note, has anyone here ever used Luna Engine (for MV)? Any games that used it? I'm hesitant since the screenshots look promising and there's enough documentation, but there's barely any footage of it outside of the one shown by the team behind it. And there's that price.

On sudden notices before I disappear again: I finished setting up the "main" skills for Durandal, as in the skills tied to each of the game's classes (7 base classes and 26 promotions for a total of 33!). I still need to make the equipment skills, as this is a freeform party and might need them...

(NSFW-ish post, nudity. Also a few thoughts) A certain thing about my enemy designs is that a few of them had to be "censored" for Nian-Xi Prelude's release. More specifically: Succubus and Nike due to Nudity, and Zombie Adventurer due to originally being much more violent.

Gamejolt isn't exactly the best but one thing it did bring for me was this one comment comparing Nian-Xi Prelude's artwork to Persona. I don't mind it, since it's not a secret I like MegaTen. Funnily enough, it's not the first time my art has been compared to Soejima's. I don't see it, though...

#rpgmaker I did post designs early on the RM Forums, but in regards to the next project: there has been a change of plans. Most drastic being the switch from MZ to MV. MV's a lot more customizable than MZ. Most of the (gameplay) skeleton is done, though. So I should have updates within July.

Thanks for hosting, Padr! Some Divini 2 enemies have a surprise waiting for our heroes. For example, when you defeat one of the flowers a spider might pop out. Stay tuned for more developments!

Thanks for hosting. That's some nice aurora effect! Llewl recently launched its kickstarter campaign so don't miss out on the rewards and give this classic JRPG some support!⚔️⚔️⚔️ Here is a little progress on my current project... landmines! bsky.app/profile/nowi...

Been hard at work getting the Rogue Tamers Steam Page ready for launch (just the page) but I do have a little thing to show for #screenshotsaturday. I've started adding more Battle/Fuse NPC's to the game, I'm aiming for 15-20, just for variety. #roguelike #monstertamer #creaturecollection #PixelArt

Act 1: I'm trying to learn how to configure the fill bucket tool to work with my rough lineart Act 2: I decide to use it on the one enemy whose "flat" coloring needs 5+ colors for each of its clothing Act 3: fill bucket still doesn't work with my lineart lmao

This is coming from a complete novice but, man, MV Action Sequences are difficult (lol) even if it's just for mechanical effects. I did get the hang of it, mostly since you're still able to inject JS code into it. But I'm already missing the way MZ handled it. Eh, I'll get over it.
