I called in to work. I haven't slept yet & it's 830am. I don't know why, but I just tossed & turned & haven't slept. I tried. I counted my breaths, I tried to relax all my body parts like mom taught me. She actually said to tell them good night lol Lotion on my feet & even soothing music. 😟
