It's hard to let go of past memories, deleting old chat logs, unfollowing people you havent spoken to in years. But it's ultimately a neccesary part of life, having to make room for the new connections you've made. Otherwise if you keep everything you may lose track of who's important right now.
I've soaked it in olive oil, rubbed on aloe vera, decontaminated everything I've touched since then and it still fucking burns. My only saving grace is the ice pack I am holding as I type this :(
