This painting had me falling in love with Daniel Smith's Amethyst Genuine purple watercolor paint. The slight sparkle in the paint is beautiful! #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #landscapeart #originalart #painting #watercolor #watercolour

Artist and illustrator using watercolor, ink, and other mediums.
A friend of mine was talking about Odin's ravens, Huginn and Muninn, and so this happened. I used Dr. Ph. Martin's black star India ink on Sennelier cold pressed paper. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #ink #originalart #fantasyart #fantasyartist
This was an experiment. I was trying out watercolor pencils with ink, and I found them a bit frustrating. I need to work with them more. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #ink #originalart #watercolor #watercolour
A small watercolor painting with some ink of a twisting, ancient tree. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #fantasyartist #ink #inkart #originalart #traditionalart #watercolor
I picked up Derwent Watersoluble Sketching Pencils and a new sketchbook a little while ago. This was my first time using them. There was a bit of a learning curve for me to get over, but it was fun! #art #artist #artistonbluesky #fantasyartist #graphite #gouache #originalart #traditionalart
I enjoy painting trees, so here's another one. - Ink and watercolor on cold-pressed paper #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #fantasyartist #ink #inkart #originalart #traditionalart #watercolor

A small fairy. This one was fun to create. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #ink #inkart #originalart #traditionalart
A small orchid = watercolor with ink. Looking forward to spring. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #fantasyartist #ink #inkart #originalart #traditionalart #watercolor
Yesterday I had someone ask about finding good artists (who don't use AI) to design book covers. Since I make my own, I didn't have a good answer. So... Cover artists: Post below to help authors find you. Authors: Have a great cover artist? Shout them out! Everyone else: repost and boost.
Fun with sparkle! I used a lot of Artistic Isle shimmery watercolor on this. #art #animalart #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #fantasyartist #landscapeart #originalart #traditionalart #watercolor #wings
I think Dr. Ph. Martin's Bombay blue is a really pretty color, and it's what I used to make this eye. I wonder if the other India ink colors are as wonderful and vibrant. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #ink #inkart #originalart #traditionalart
I painted this watercolor a while ago. Creating the stylized wispy smoke was a bit like meditation, and I had gotten lost in it. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #fantasyartist #landscapeart #originalart #traditionalart #watercolor
Here is a little thing I've been working on. I don't work with ink often, but I practice with it occasionally hoping to get better. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #ink #inkart #landscapeart #originalart #traditionalart
The person who I made this painting for, Emma, titled the painting "Imago". It is named "...after the final stage of an insect's (such as a butterfly's) life cycle after metamorphosis." #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #landscapeart #LGBTQIA #LGBTQ+ #originalart #traditionalart #Watercolor
I had a lot of fun with this one. I don't use radial symmetry often, but maybe I should try it again. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #ink #inkart #mandala #mandalart #originalart #skyart #traditionalart
It's been so grey and cold and rainy here lately. I would love for it to snow - soft, sun-reflecting fluffiness. This watercolor and ink painting feels appropriate for today. #art #artgallary #artist #artistonbluesky #ink #inkart #nature #painting #skyart #traditionalart #watercolor
Living in society can be chaotic, stressful, and maddening at times. I might prefer to live on the fringes, in an ancient mossy dark forest, like a feared elder fae instead. Life goals 🌿 #art #painting #watercolor #ink #fantasyart #nature #fae #lifegoals
