Mafuyu and I were just going together through our cards, looking back on this period in our lives. We were asked to describe our true emotions for the event art, and looking at how she curated hers, I feel really guilty for putting Mafuyu through such pain in my blind attempts to help her...

Ah... this chapter is a little embarrassing thinking back to what happened back then... That being said, I really love what Azari has done with the commissioned song for the event, and hope you all will enjoy it too~ It's a little nostalgic in a way, looking back at such a point in my life...

Sorry everyone for the sudden post. Mizuki got a hold of my phone while we're meeting in Sekai... I will leave it up though, because this was technically my first post in a while. I haven't been on here recently because there's been a lot going on, but I'm fine. Hopefully I'll fully come back soon

I've found myself subconsciously humming the tune to "Hello Sekai" a couple times today. It's quite rare for songs to have such a lasting effect on me. DECO*27 truly is an artistic force of nature 🎶

Mafuyu and I have spent a few Valentines together since she's started staying here, but something about waking up today feels particularly different. I feel the urge to repay the favour of cooking for my birthday. Maybe I'll try preparing something, and hopefully she can taste it more over time...

Mafuyu made me a birthday dinner... she baked me a cake... I feel so warm, knowing she went out of her way to learn to bake for my birthday. She's always been able to make this house feel less lonely, even if we both don't express ourselves as often I am truly grateful to have a friend like her 💙💜

Mafuyu is being particularly reclusive about the cookbook. Not her usual aloof style, but it's like she's actively not telling me something when I ask her about it. It's not like her to be this secretive. I'm a little nervous

I do think a song is too simple a gift though... I have made her multiple songs before and put my heart and soul into all of them. This one won't be any different. Mafuyu has never been big on her birthday so I'm sure she wouldn't mind, but I still think I should be doing something more...

Just pulled an all-nighter making Mafuyu's birthday gift in the only way I know how: A song. It's difficult to compose in secret since she's sleeping right there, but I got it done. I won't be releasing it, this will be her exclusive song. I don't know if it will save her, but I hope she likes it.

I've been asked to model twice now in the past month and I don't think I can take another one... I am curious what you all think about the hairstyles. I don't think I'm used to having short hair, but it is much easier to maintain. The wavy hairstyle took forever... Which one do you guys prefer?

Ena came to my house and forced Mafuyu and I to go out with her to get lunch. It's nice to get something other than cup noodles for once but it's so bright aaaaaa

Didn't feel like composing today. Spent the day lazing in bed with Mafuyu. We'll still be meeting later on Nightcord. I'm looking forward to Ena's illustration on the recent song, she did give me the inspiration after all.

Just got back from visiting my dad at the hospital. Mafuyu will be back late from school. I guess I hadn't realised how worried I still am for him, since Mafuyu often arrives soon after I do, but this is the first time I've cried over him in a while. For now, I'll keep composing for him. For him.

Mafuyu smiled at this one. I'm happy. I'm worried for her posture sitting on the bed while writing her lyrics, so I'm going to get her to sit next to me at the table. I should probably get a bigger desk. I wish things were like this forever.

Miss Mochizuki just dropped off two bowls of tonkotsu ramen for Mafuyu and I. It's easy to get lost in work, and I feel like I got snapped out of a daze. Mafuyu is awake now, and we're both enjoying the food. It's a shame she can't taste how good Miss Mochizuki's food is. I hope someday she will.
