I can't comment on this post but i hope thos reaches you, I dealt with this issue for months and tried everything on the internet. The only thing that fixed it for me was a fresh windows install, windows 10 and 11 both worked on a fresh install

I have: Rebooted all network infrastructure Rebooted PC multiple times Cleared VRChat cache Tried cloudflare and google dns Rebuilt dhcp stack on windows 11 Get this error constantly. The fuck?
