There's this one neighbor he can't get his out of his head. A boxer, specifically. Whenever he hears the intense pounding of a punching bag, his stomach gets all tied to knots! Maybe he should say hi? But golly is the guy intimidating—.

"I cannot— CANNOT stress this enough, but stretches. Stretches, stretches, stretches. I'm talking lunges, squats, the whole nine yards. Oh, and yoga. Can't omit that, either." Admittedly, he might need to establish a routine to limber up himself. Maybe they can make a daily out of it!

"Don't worry about it, man. Honestly? You'll probably be the only one in the there. Most people I've had in the was three at a time, and that was only one time in the year. Trust, no worries. I can supervise ya too to get used to how the equipment works, too!" Man, what a guy.

"Eh, no problem. Remember, you're free to use the equipment in my basement for a small price! Gotta consider maintenance and all that, yeah?" Raymond can afford it no problem; those office jobs all sound so cushy—. "You won't be the first, and certainly won't be the last."

Like he said: Start small. Go on a brief jog, use light weights if he plans on bulking . . . y'know, that kind of stuff. If it ends up being too easy or hard, then he can adjust accordingly. If it's the latter, then consider it a goal waiting to be hit!

He really should consider it! But uhh . . . don't jump in doing what he does, alright? Start small, then work your way up! Raymond should end up feeling way more energized throughout the day, perfect for a workaholic. Even Kyle got his own routine going, and look at him now!

Oh! That's it? It's more common than he might think, honestly. Hopefully Ray doesn't feel bad about it; it's just natural.
