I immediately noticed that our claim tags had a name that is not ours but is sorta kinda like ours, but we had no time to get to our flight—and we had the claim tags—so I let it go. Turns out American registered our bags to a passenger who lives in Joliet.

Baffled by the people eating ice cream outdoors with their small children right now. AQI is mid-500s in my neighborhood, and the ice cream shop has indoor seating.

Went to a screening of CANDYMAN (1992) at the Bucktown-Wicker Park branch for #hatquest. The librarian was tickled by how many of us were there (12?). Always nice to make a librarian smile!

We live less than two blocks from my kid’s school, so we just walk. But I finally got to live my cargo bike mom dream of pulling up directly to dropoff this morning at camp a mile away.
