for those of you that have somehow made it this long without ever calling: you literally just have to list the bills. you don't have to give a reason. if you get a person, they won't ask you why. if you get a voicemail, just say your address at the beginning. it took me less than 5 minutes to call 3

this is why adult creators are really emphasizing that non-creators be the ones who contact paypal. Of all the paypros, PP is the most likely to act in a retaliatory manner towards individual accounts. If you dont make adult content or youre just a commissioner, you are able to help a LOT

Whenever I've called PayPal and brought up issues with adult content they have always asked me first if I'm engaging in selling it through my account. Paypal wants to know if it can target you when you question its policies.

As expected seeing ppl backpedaling on the itch thing now that there's a list of the unacceptable content and it includes stuff that's "too gross" It's all of us or none of us. Our enemies have made that clear. I would rather work side by side with a freak than with a fascist.

🧶 Noticed this as more folks escape to curated spaces! There isn't an algorithm here (at least not in the way twt, IG, etc has) Posts don't really go "viral" in the sense that an algo pushes it the more traction it gains; it's heavily dependent on individuals actively sharing and engaging. (+)
