Kinda wanted to talk about what I call "Vampire Syndrome". Its very likely you have a friend with this, or you are that friend. I call it vampire syndrome because in classic media vampires needed to invited into your home. Some mystical or spiritual force would keep them going in. [1/3]

Was watching a certain space pirate fox and had the thought "maybe I should stream some limbus tonight.." looked at the time and was like. Oh it's 9pm. I got work tomorrow I probably shouldn't. It's now 11:30 and I'm thinking I really should have. v.v

Interview Stories 1: I'll start with today as it's pretty fresh in my mind, it was an older gentleman that's had a lot of experience in various IT fields. Very qualified on a technical stand point but he had a pretty glaring issue.

So, I work in IT and am in a position that in part of the hiring/review process. Have been going through a number of candidates.. So I thought it might be fun to talk about some of the questions I ask and answers I expect to get as well as some stories about the people I've interviewed.

For a year Ive essentially been working two roles at my job. It's not the typical "we all wear many hats at our job" thing either. I'm litterally working two jobs. But whats sucked most is im getting paid less than if I was just working one them. Its getting sorted out. But man its been rough.
