I am actually genuinely shocked by this cynicism. I can’t stress to people how complex immigration issues are involving children. You have Hague Convention issues, you have state and family law issues; you have administrative proceedings that raise complex due process issues.
I mean, I cannot stress how horrific this contact is: It looks like every attorney at this firm is white except for one Hispanic paralegal. They don’t even list immigration law as an expertise: burkegroup.law/our-team/. Josh Wright worked for the Federal Trade Commission.

honestly can't stress enough, as a former family law attorney, how depressingly common Max Miller's behavior and words are, right down to the petty fixation on custody procedure and rules when faced with allegations of shocking violence.

Yeah, because it probably violates the Confrontation Clause to require people to attend these hearings in the sex assigned at the birth. Military justice occupies its own space, but it can’t be wildly unconstitutional (i.e., why they are having these proceedings in the first place).

I love that President Trump thinks Congress will ignore his Cabinet just like he does. I would also say he can order his Cabinet to ignore Congress but that also means Congress can impeach them by default judgement.

1/So, we are clear: if you rescind the May 18th Settlement Agreement (which—by its terms—states that the AG must issue an Order), you must also rescind the May 19th Order, on which it depends. To the extent that May 19 order stands alone, it is likely still an ultra vires act under the APA.

Trump Interior Secretary Doug Burgum is now publicly feuding with Trump’s own Justice Department to keep alive the lies that an innocent former Olympian vandalized the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
Inspired by art exhibition curated by Dan Scavino’s wife, I have made my AI inspired art work, entitled Live, Laugh Love The Constitution. I would like a government grant of 5,000 to 25,000 and I would like for my work to be recognized by the Department of State.
What is hilarious about these people is they…are…not…popular…because…the…art..is…not..good. Popular cultural production is ruthless about ideas. I mean those pictures of the Founders was made by AI, an objectively bad idea if art is built on craft.

Do you know how much money we spent on the stupid Reflecting Pool: 16.4 million. Waste: Every expert was like the Reflecting Pool cannot be fixed this way. Fraud: A No-Bid Contract Awarded to a Pool Guy. Abuse: 7 people—who had to pay lawyers—criminally charged and nationally embarrassed.
Taps the Sign: No bid contracts should be regarded with some suspicion. These are our tax dollars. We are looking major failures in SNAP (next year) and Social Security (2030).

I got to wonder if the tax immunity deal is even valid; why did Bisgiano refuse to sign it is pretty valid question? The May 18 Order was signed by both DOJ and IRS; the Order drafted the very next day was only signed by Blanche?
