Check out the Build out. The Love Land & Liberation Farm (a CommunityMvt Builders project) is building a 8,432 sq. ft. retreat center. Featuring a library, commercial kitchen, gym, classrooms, fab-lab center. All on land owned by a Black grassroots org, just 20 minutes outside of Atl.

On Feb. 4, 1999. Amadou Diallo an African immigrant was shot 19 times in a hail of 41 bullets by NYPD, claiming his wallet was a gun. As organizers we hit the streets. African, immigrant, Black (also African) & others, all knew it was the same system of oppression

Members of Community Movement Builders Dallas installed a solar-powered streetlight in Highland Hills (Dallas, TX). The city ignored CMB's demand to install a street light on a dark corner. So, we did it ourselves to keep the community safe.

We keep us safe. Members of Community Movement Builders Dallas broke ground & installed a solar-powered streetlight in Highland Hills (Dallas, TX). Months ago CMB demand the city install a street light on a dark corner & got an empty promises. We then installed one for the community.

Happy Haitian Independence Day. On January 1, 1804, Haiti defeated the French in the Haitian Revolution. This is the only slave rebellion where the enslaved defeated the enslavers. The French and US have attempted to punish Haiti ever since.
