I voted hell yes to end Trump’s reckless war on Iran. As gas and grocery costs continue to rise, Trump is fighting to reopen a Strait that was already open before the war. 18 brave servicemembers have tragically died. $100 billion and counting wasted. It’s time to end the war.

BREAKING: The House just passed a war powers resolution that would limit Trump's war on Iran. The vote was 214-208, with four Republicans joining every Democrat in passing the resolution.

This week I voted HELL NO on moving Republicans’ disastrous budget bill forward. With costs on the rise, we can’t afford to give Pete Hegseth another $70 billion for Trump’s reckless war in Iran. I’ll keep fighting to bring down costs and make life easier for working families.

This is despicable. Our servicemembers' families are mourning, and the Trump Administration can't even properly honor their service because of Trump and Hegseth's fragile egos. We need transparency about the casualties from this reckless war. Our Gold Star Families deserve better.

Number of U.S. Troop Deaths in Iran War Appears Lower on Pentagon Website (Gift Article)

Three military officials and a Pentagon spokesman gave conflicting explanations for why the number of Americans killed in the Iran war had changed.

Republicans are trying to advance a bill to give ICE even more unchecked power while my constituent, Carlitos, is suffering in ICE custody at Adelanto. ICE is denying him proper medical care after shooting him. We need oversight and accountability, not more cruelty.

No one is above the law—especially federal agents who shoot and kill people in the streets. There must be independent investigations and, if warranted, prosecutions. The FBI should be able to do their jobs properly.

Federal Agents Were Told FBI Will No Longer Investigate ICE Confrontations

Senior officials deny such a change is in the works, despite guidance shared with agents around the country in recent days.

I'm grateful that the proposed Paramount-Warner Bros. merger has been temporarily paused. Potential Hollywood job losses, independence for media outlets like CNN, and competition in the entertainment industry are complex issues that deserve careful consideration. (1/2)

My office and attorneys general nationwide have secured an emergency order blocking the unlawful merger of Paramount and Warner Bros. This is a critical first win in our case to ensure this megamerger never sees the light of day.

Devastated to learn that two brave servicemembers have been killed, more have been injured, and another is missing following strikes in Jordan. My heart is with all who are grieving this tragedy. We must protect our troops by bringing Trump’s war of choice to an end.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of John Lewis, who—from the Edmund Pettus Bridge to the halls of Congress—showed the world what true courage looks like. With voting rights under attack, we must continue making good trouble by showing up, speaking out, and fighting for our democracy.

Trump just gave an unhinged, detached-from-reality rant on national TV to sow doubt in our elections. He’s scared of losing the midterms. Let me be clear: our elections are safe and secure. Don’t believe the lies. Make your voice heard in November. Democracy will prevail.

He shouldn't just be mocked, he should be shamed. Can a reporter please ask Mike Johnson if he has ever logged onto the internet or read a newspaper? Because it seems that every time there’s a negative story about Trump or Republicans, he conveniently doesn’t know about it.

Q: The ICE agents who killed a person in Maine yesterday were not using body cams. Does there need to be accountability? MIKE JOHNSON: Uh, I don't know anything about this event. I was a little busy yesterday. You guys can mock me for not knowing that. I worked about 22 hours.

The Trump Administration's repeal of export controls on advanced American AI chips to the UAE reeks of an illegal pay-to-play scheme because the UAE's national security advisor owns 49% of Trump's crypto company. Americans deserve to know if these ties influenced Sec. Lutnick.
