he's definitely a micromanager, but also not as creative as he thinks. its the reason MCU movies suffer from being formulaic, and why basically every MCU movie since Endgame has been trash. if Blade was meant to fit his formula, I'm happy it got cancelled tbh

However, I do suspect that he is a micromanager. And white executives who don't know black people and try to micromanage black art usually end up in trouble.
