Just a PSA for my Movin mocap users, PLEASE make sure to use the VRM -> Warudo Avatar conversion method. Do NOT use FBX -> Warudo Avatar or you'll have problems with mocap retargetting such as arms/legs not moving correctly or general orientation.

I want to share how I organize my meshes in Blender. I utilize collections so that way I don't get lost especially if there's multiple toggles or meshes I need to still edit. Your meshes will still be connected to the armature via modifier so it still works for export.

Finally new model is in Warudo! I do have to attend to other projects and work but hopefully I'll get a time to iron out more stuff before I reveal the new model. I expect a scuffed model on debut but at least after reveal we can work on improving the model together.

I finished the ARKit for my model, now what's left is the Unity+Warudo porting. Hopefully after I finish, I can have a final date on when the new model will take over. I'm too excited to show everyone this model, it's been in the works for too long...

Today I've been so locked in on progressing with my new model. I learned a lot of new things! For example: -I learned to fake stencil shadows while keeping eyebrow over hair for Blender (Pain). -Utilized 5.1's drag shapekeys but using Mio3 Shapekeys to organize my shapekeys.

Finally finished my facial bone rig for my new model. No new face reveal yet but have a skeleton reveal instead. All that's left is blendshapes and then do all the Warudo magic before I can reveal this frick.

I bought the PostFX addon by @/ramyodayo for Warudo since vanilla, Warudo can't allow bloom-like effects with alpha background for both URP and BIRP shaders. Do keep in mind this only appears in Spout Capture not the actual Warudo viewer (Plugin has a screenshot button for this).

Was requested to make a constrained physics (Restrict wheels on Y axis rotation only) setup for a chair @mvjagaimo.mofuworkshop.com modeled for Warudo+Vicon. It's literally just Dynamic Bones freeze axis and rotating the bone to force the direction. Do I recommend for characters: Yesn't.

While donating plasma, I met someone who was using sign language to communicate. I fumbled at the start when trying to communicate and they taught me how to sign "See you later" before I donated. After donating, I signed to them "Have a nice day" and they smiled.

Currently going through Lexapro withdrawal since I no longer need it+experienced worse memories the longer I was on it. The process is painful but what helps me is eating, vitamins+herbs for brain health, hydrating, and wearing my headphones due to brain zaps from hearing.

In other news, I bought Tomodachi Life the day of launch (Used Klarna for payment plan). I saw it at Walmart 2 days earlier but I wasn't allowed to buy until the 16th. I accidentally made a love triangle and I want to cry.

Sorry I'm inactive so much. The past months have been hectic due to many changes IRL. Still sorting things out but I finally have my older sister back home with me for good after years of being far apart. I also can see my baby shrimps again which I've been babysitting a lot.

If you're a Linux user that Vtubes, can you tell me your experience? How stable/unstable is it for VTubing (3D and 2D)? How does dual boot work (Ex. Linux Mint)? What about using programs without Linux support (Ex. Elgato and certain mocap programs)? Is it complicated?
