Zohran seems to really know what to compromise on in reality and what to not compromise on in terms of messaging. The ‘he won’t be able to handle a crisis’ problem a lot smaller than it seemed a few months ago

Nobody should be able to express their opinion in any way that annoys me or else the masses, who are also really into the weird and totally silly things I am, will revolt and then you’ll _really_ be in trouble.

I don’t even understand what the argument is from these folks. Artists are responsible for what? Upholding some vague social contract and norms to ensure that the patrons of the Kennedy Center don’t backlash and become MAGA? When did these norms ever exist lol you just made them up

This is not hard. Artists are not responsible for ensuring the Kennedy Center remains relevant and successful. The center’s board is responsible for that, in a fiduciary way. All of this energy being directed at artists should be re-directed at the board.

Went ice skating w the child and I had this realization that if I fall it’s going to be a multi day ordeal. I don’t really understand how I ever fell and just got up but at some point it was possible.

The ‘will he actually do it’ question is pretty convoluted at this point. Yes he did the tarriffs but not really. The problem is that even if he’s just planning on doing some silly show every time before exiting, he’s dealing with stuff that doesn’t end when he tries to cut to commercial break.

Didn’t think United was terrible today except in the final third. For the first 20 minutes Amorimball made some sense but once Palace adjusted, game was over. I still dont think you can play this super attacking wingback system without getting countered and exhausting your guys.

Inspired by Fukuyama’s IG. Dude just does machining stuff in his garage. Must be amazing to be cutting a hinge, look up at the news and go ‘whoops seems like I was wrong’ and then go back to playing with some gadget lol.
