I'm not shocked that they are going through with it. It's the same Playstation that gutted its first party production by shutting down Japan Studios, put all its eggs into live service games, turned insomniac into a Marvel machine. It's a hollow shell of its former self. No surprise here.

it is properly surreal to see Xenoblade 2 running this crisp and smooth. I'm finally taking the time to play with it (and start a new save) and it has to be the biggest upgrade of a switch game since scarlet/violet day 1

I'm pleased to see through elections results in the US that being tied no matter what to Isr*el, be it through receiving funding or having expressed sympathy towards them, is now actively making people lose these elections I'm glad that we won the battle of the global opinion

So it turns out that Ryota Kawade, director of the first three Paper Mario games, directed Dragon Hopper. Not only was this the first game that he directed but also the ONLY game he directed outside of the Paper Mario series.

Considering this was developed by Intelligent Systems and was scrapped one year before PM64 started development, I wouldn't be surprised if some of this game's ideas were carried over.
I'm happy fire emblem is back to normalcy in regards to character designs compared to whatever the hell they did in Engage. lots of great looking guys in there

beat SPLATOON RAIDERS going to play more before giving a verdict since it seems to be the kind of game where the story is more of a tutorial and the real meat is postgame pretty good finale though and I started liking more the game as the difficulty ramped up in later stages and build matters more
I've never played Super Mario Sunshine but if you bring up the game around someone who has they'll either go "omg I love Sunshine, it's my favorite game, easily the best 3D Mario" or they'll just stare at you like this

my take on this game is that it's the kind of spinoff that would release only on 3ds while the switch was getting the mainline game

got the upgrade for xc2, debating restarting a new save or going for ng+ when I haven't played this game in 7 years
full series ranking. i haven't played ReMind yet but i don't think it's going to dramatically change my opinion
beat KINGDOM HEARTS III the long journey throughout this series finally ends (sorta, will still go through the DLC later). huge game on every possible aspect and a fitting conclusion that leaves so little for the future it makes me wonder if they considered ending it altogether at some point

Kind of weird how some Disney worlds in KH3 are original stories/loosely based on their original movies and some are 1:1 straight up adaptations. I wonder what prompts them to decide some are better off just being retelling
I get the reaction to a double collab this time around but I don't think FF7 is to blame here, EVA is the weird one here. A FF7 collaboration in a game that has elements from nearly every other FF game is long overdue regardless of the health of the game

Nova Crystallis@novacrystallis.com · 2w agoIn addition to this, more options will come in 8.1 and beyond. You'll be able to turn certain features that are previously baked in. This includes nose shading on lalafell/viera and miqo'te war paint. Au Ra will be able to change their horns.
