Depends. Is it a fireball? Itโll probably work. If itโs a ball of pure magic, it probably wonโt. The less โmagicโ something is, in the essence of what itโs made out of, the more likely itโll work. I once used this technique to hold a black hole in my fist.

Kind of. Think of the aura around you asโฆ mailable. You canโt make it extend beyond your person, but you can make it extend to anything that touches you. Itโs how I can carry people while flying without specifically holding them.
