Todays lesson is: if u aint a bot, don't go soliciting on other peoples posts. It's rude and makes everyone think you ARE a bot. Solicitors are widely despised even when they're human. Find clients the organic way like the rest of us.

Honestly I'd like to add you shouldn't even be following INDUSTRY standards unless you're IN the industry with a deadline that requires it. Nor pushing yourself to go above & beyond it. Set yourself w/ guidelines that suit you and account for REST, injury, holiday, and family/friends.

It is a recipe for burnout, misery, and eventually, the destruction of your career. Industry standard is one a day, five a week. Period. Got it?
