Motel rent due tomorrow morning, folks. Anything and everything helps us get by. Increased motel rates because of the holiday. Please help me keep my mom and cat sheltered this weekend and beyond. We don't get paid til the 10th.

8-26-26 EMERGENCY UPDATE We have until tomorrow morning to raise motel rent and stay sheltered. We have about $50 in our account after paying for last night and tonight. So we are $50 away from being covered until Friday. We are about $350 from being covered for the weekend.

Our storage with all of our belongings is past due, about $510 needed to save that. This is one of the most desperate times we've ever had. I haven't been able to sleep much the last few days. The stress of it all has been keeping me up.

All I've ever wanted was a chance at the "American Dream." A house, family, barbecues by the lake. That shit is so far from the reality I'm living. I don't see any way forward. Even survival seems impossible most days. I don't know how much longer I can just keep on keeping on.
