I'm gonna keep doing these small bits of practice between artworks so hopefully they can be better and more varied that being said, behold my weaknesses on full show
To this day, I still have no clue why that one cafe lucario piece I did blew up as much as it did
Tried drawing the same head at different angles since I keep using the same angles in all my drawings (as you can tell, shallow angles aren't my strong suit)
I really need to work on my drawing stamina, because its not at all what it used to be. Even getting just a couple artworks out a month is proving difficult, whereas I somehow managed to do daily artworks for 200 days straight in 2023 (I don't even know how I had enough ideas to fill 200 days tbh)
vrchat adding profile customisation is pretty neat, plus I wasn't expecting to be able to do anything with it without premium (in-game version can only been seen in the open-beta at the moment)

Learning how to do chromatic aberration in Krita properly might've been a bad idea, its gonna be hard to stop myself from adding it to *everything* now
I think my artwork for lucario birthday festival tomorrow is done, but god why does everything I draw now turn into 4 (almost 5) hour projects
doing line work for the first time in a couple months(?), and god I did not miss this lmao. Thank goodness I didn't procrastinate working on this one for a change, as I have more than enough time to take it easy on this piece.
pro tip for drawing during a heat wave: if its too hot during the day to draw, simply obliterate your sleep schedule and draw at like 3-5am instead
