considering the recent flooding in Niagara Region... i implore people to review their insurance policy to ensure you have both sewer back-up and overland flood coverage. Damage caused by the backing up of sewers and drains is typically not covered by a standard policy.
I just laughed out loud listening to a podcast when the host said " I think the root cause of this problem is" & the guest said "Mel Robbins"? Because, yes, the Mel Robbins podcast appears to b all about clickbait. Recent example - that banana smoothie thing. Not based on science at all.
Am I the only person who is concerned about establishments scanning my ID before I am allowed to enter? I've read the disclaimer about what they do with the data and it is pretty vague. I think I'll continue to avoid this as long as possible.
I think I'm going to start carrying a small kettlebell when I walk & swing it. If it hits a vehicle, it means that vehicle was too f****** close to me. My new neighbour is very loud. But, like all inconsiderate neighbours, he pipes down when you try to get evidence. The loud squawks disappeared once the camera appeared

Because I was away last weekend, I bought a lot of stuff at the Thursday night Farmers market. Market. I bought peppers, tomatoes, kale, cauliflower, carrots, strawberries, blueberries. Technically, I didn't need much today except fruit. I bought broccoli, cauliflower, spinach & 5 types of fruit

Trying this post again without the typos. Because of the rain, there are a lot of sinkholes. This one was impressively deep and the road was completely blocked. There was a sign at each intersection indicating 'Road closed ahead'. This sinkhole is half a block from each intersection sign.

As someone who spends $0 in restaurants, I know that I'm an outlier; but I'm not alone. A good percentage of the people I know are spending significantly less on eating out & the spending drops every year. Why? It's easier and cheaper to make what we want at home because what we want is healthy food

I can't find my navy Unbelt so I dropped by their location today and bought a Lance Cardinal Intrepid belt. I have wanted it since they released the print, but since their belts have a lifetime warranty, I hardly needed one more (I have black & grey). This is even better than the classic design
