The future of the Democratic Party must be rooted in investing in the American people — not Wall St., corporations, and consultants. Otherwise, Trumpism will continue to use cynicism, racism, and distrust to divide America.

Great democracy you have there, it would be a shame if something happened to it...
i think if you walk into court saying "unless our demands are met we will blow up the kennedy center" you should just go directly to jail
Federal corporate political spending has already reached nearly $650 MILLION ahead of the midterms, according to @publiccitizen.bsky.social. That’s an all-time high — and we’re still months away from Election Day. Big Money is the real threat to “election integrity.”

A lot of people ask me: when did the Democratic Party become so corporate? I remember it well — I watched it happen.

Huge new study of US 16-25 year olds finds higher risk of myocarditis, pericarditis and death from Covid 19 than from mRNA vaccines. Another devastating blow for pro-Covid let-it-rip anti-vaxxers.

When the Kennedys were in the White House, they were HUGE supporters of the arts. The greatest artists of the era performed there. It was so right that the DC monument to honor JFK was The Kennedy Center. There is no reason for Trump's name to be included. He has never supported the arts.
Sitting in the car, listening to the last chapter and the beautiful but heartrending description of Terry’s end, eyes very blurry for some reason. Thank you for this, @terryandrob.bsky.social and @rhi.bsky.social - it was a beautiful last gift for us all
Currently reading this, and it is an absolute delight. Sir Terry really was the best of us. I love that he got hooked by “Wind in the Willows” and LOTR - two of the works that got their delightful hooks into me when I was young

At the start of the Trump administration, an executive order was released with certain words and phrases that will now be flagged by federal agencies. While an executive order is not law, the OMB ruling or NSF proposal would make it law. Enforcing a political rule where there should not be one.
Dropping blood counts show that Donald Trump has a poorly treatable chronic anemia. Hard data from the White House has been overlooked until now. So, no question he is chronically ill. Systemic amyloidosis is top suspicion. #trump #health #anemia #amyloidosis amyloid47.substack.com/p/donald-tru...
Donald Trump has chronic anemia
White House data proves it. And it’s poorly treatable.

This is so bizarre. A politician telling you her vision for America is that you’ll have to work when you’re sick and die young, orphaning your kids. Please vote for @drannieandrews.com
these people booing sound like literal sheep as Darline Graham criticizes Dr. Annie Andrews for supporting "government-run healthcare" before bragging of her parents that "if they were sick, they had to get up and go to work...my mother passed away when I was 11 and my father just over a year later"
Jesse Watters declared that Angie Nixon, Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Florida, didn't like white people because she was critical of Charlie Kirk. Criticism of ONE person does not equate to hatred of an entire race. Kirk did make racist statements. 🤷♀️
