While in Western Massachusetts, Kelly and I took time to visit the New England Peace Pagoda in Leverett, MA. Through the woods and a long trek up the hill was quite worth it.
Oola seemingly fascinated by all the colored lights playing over the ceiling, not realizing that the same lights make her look utterly possessed.
Kelly: walking around South End, Boston, drinks at JJ Foleys, and being dramatic in Amherst, MA. She has style.

Hip deep in inking my latest comic: a last part/afterword to my IN THE CITY story. 20+pgs inked for a 60+pg comic. Won’t be done for SPX or LICAF in Sept/Oct, so I may do a B&W preview for those shows. The comic should be colored, printed, and ready for Thought Bubble in November. Cross fingers.

This painting goes insanely hard. You cannot fight God
Oola is only allowed on the porch with supervision. Since it’s been so hot, she prefers the shade underneath a low table. Recently, I could no longer see her. A sudden panic that she had escaped. When I looked closer, a pair of yellow green eyes in the shadows stared back from an empty flowerpot .
My family went over to visit Scotland and sent me back a flat cap as a gift. Quite sweet, though I have to say that Kelly looks a hell of a lot better in the cap than me. She is stunning.
Kelly and I are traveling and back in Boston for some comic business this weekend. Only here for the night, but will be back in a few days for another night or so in the city I still consider home.
Stopped by Good Bones for a coffee over the weekend. They’ve have one of my Colfax banners from a few years ago hanging in the cafe. The ‘Mayor of Colfax’ was also there at a table and asked me if I could sign it. My pleasure!
