I've been watching these reruns of Michelle Tsai on Jeopardy, and I keep thinking, "She's so beautiful and cool. I bet *so many* viewers have developed crushes on her." And then I think, "Does that thought mean *I'm* one of those viewers?"

Perhaps, somewhere out there right now, as I type this, the next generation's very tall, redheaded, NBC-affiliated comedy writer is being born.

Over the weekend, on late-night cable, I caught a few minutes of the Please Don't Destroy movie. It didn't seem very funny, but I'm glad a project exists in which Conan O'Brien plays Ben Marshall's father. It felt like that had to happen at some point.

In fairness, I do think society should reward people who pay a lot in income taxes. How about this? If you pay, say, $1 million in taxes per year, we'll allow you to continue to live the luxurious life of a multimillionaire. What if we set up a system like that?
