A early morning walk on the South Downs near Lewes gave me all of tonight's #wildflowerhour blooms. First, a trio of orchids: Pyramidal, Chalk Fragrant and Marsh Fragrant
This area used to be regularly mowed at Causeway hospital @NHSCTrust A decision was taken to just mow a path & leave the rest to grow, & what a great decision that was. No planting/sowing required, just halt the mowing to see what treasures will grow! #wildflowerhour
