I’ve done my first year at Dambusters. It’s been a wild ride, but I’ve loved every second. If I told my younger dyslexic self, who was bottom of the class and really struggling, that I’d end up being a full-time writer, I think she would be very impressed!

Casper has used his new cat tree once. He much prefers the cardboard wrapping. So now I have a massive cat tree in my room. He looks mildly offended by it. Oh, to be a cat mum.

Itty Bitty Toilet Kitty has been out for a year and it's still getting lovely reviews on Steam. Just seen these two today! Still got a Very Positive rating on Steam as well. For my first solo dev game, where I taught myself how to build it from scratch, I have to say I'm rather chuffed!

God this game was stressful. I have a chronic health tracker and you can literally see my heart rate increasing as the game progressed. Great fun though! Thank you @mairispaceship.com!

It’s been over years since I released my first solo dev game Itty Bitty Toilet Kitty on Steam and it’s nice to see that it’s still getting reviews!

I got nominated for employee of the month last week! After what’s been a challenging few weeks with my heath, it was so nice to see my hard work being appreciated. Also feeling a lot better since using my chronic health tracker and walking stick. Feel like I’m finally back on track!

I’m using a cane now. This isn’t because I can’t walk. It’s to help manage chronic pain, chronic fatigue and balance. It’s been an emotional decision deciding to use one, but I’m already feeling so much better for it. I’d also like to think I’m rocking it!

Now this is how you play Resident Evil Requiem. Red mood lighting really adds to the atmosphere. Love the Resident Evil franchise and this one might be one of my absolute favourite entries!

I’ve played this game so many times in my life I can now get through the rock tunnel without HM Flash. As a 38-year-old woman, I don’t know what that says about me but I’m just gonna assume it makes me really super cool, right? 😎

I’m pleased to announce that I’ve passed my six month probation at Dambusters. I can’t believe how much I’ve learnt in such a small space of time. It’s my first AAA games writing job and it’s safe to say it’s been a wild ride, a bit of a baptism by fire, but I’ve loved every minute of it!

My dear friend brought me back the sweetest present from the Japanese Nintendo store. He knows how much I love the Zelda franchise!

Well, the contract signed and it's happening. I’m moving back to London! Over a year ago, I had to move out of London dew to being unemployed. It was one of the most horrible days of my life, and I swore to myself I would make it back. Well, I have and I can’t wait to get into London life again 🤩
