(As per usual, late to the game) but really delighted to announce that I presented two talks at #AR25/#AECongress2025 yesterday (Thursday). The first titled 'Exploring Autistic Children's Participation in Decision-Making in Irish Primary Schools' highlighted the ongoing findings of my PhD study.

Day 1 So far, sooooo good! The last workshop of the day! As an autistic teacher, I’m quite looking forward to this one: Exploring Neurodivergence in Education: An Experiential Workshop by Kirsten Hurley and Katie Marah, University College Cork #AEC2025

Really enjoying this book launch so far! I'm not just saying that because I have a chapter in it - it's really a great collection of neurodivergent writers, researchers, educators and more. So many intersecting themes, so much recognition of common structural problems in education institutions...💜
