It took me nearly 2 hours of credit feeding, but I can finally say that I beat Baraduke / Alien Sector, and I get to join the 6 other people on RetroAchievements who managed to do so. Wonderful game, but damn, it's really hard! I loved it either way.
I'm sorry, but 'oooh, chainsaw to the dick' is still funny to me.
Today’s get. It’s great to have both of these physically now. However, just like last time, I can’t help but feel a little sad that this is probably the last CapCollection that will ever see a physical release. It just bums me out too hard.
Another one. A low-budget PS1 fighting game masquerading as a low-budget PS2 game. It's ugly, frequently feels awkward and is a game 95% of people would call garbage. That said, I'm a freak who found fun in the game's combo system. There's something here under a pile of trash.
This game secretly has some bangers, and some other tracks that grew on me over time. youtu.be/9ISSwMx996M?...

I guess I'm labbing a little bit in Fighting Fury now. Why not?
D-4 🎉 Captain America is in for a tough fight in this stunning illustration by Daisuke Ishiwatari from Arc System Works. Who's maining Captain America in #MARVELTokon: Fighting Souls?
I'm getting pretty tired of this sprite extraction nonsense. Unfortunately for me, I think it's sticking around for /at least/ a while.
Having to learn how the combo system works in Fighting Fury for a couple of RetroAchievements, it turns out that it's kind of like a strange mix between the gatling system in Guilty Gear (Punch, Kick, Special in this game) and the way cancels work in The King of Fighters.
I’m still discovering PS1 games published by Capcom in Japan. This one was originally released in 1997 in the West, but Capcom took charge of publishing it in Japan in 1999. The cover art resembles the style of Daichan / Tatsuya Nakae.
Valkyrie no Bōken turns 40 today! Box art and character design by Namco former in-house artist Hiroshi Fuji / 冨士宏 (though I’m not 100 per cent sure he drew it all on his own). vgdensetsu.net/HiroshiFUJI/
