Fun Fact: Capital One was founded in Virginia, which is D.C.'s neighbor, and Trump was President in 2021 for 19 and a half days. My question though, why have that many bank accounts? We know you're rich, but do you really need so many accounts? So afraid someone will steal so there's 300, not 10?

slate@pleasebegneiss.bsky.social · 3d agomy neighborhood 7-11 closed a couple years ago and tried to reopen but couldn’t get the permit approved because there’s a preschool next door and 7-11s sell alcohol (the previous permit was grandfathered in). i saw a fence going up around the lot recently and looked up what was moving in: a gun shop
The world is literally burning, data centers and flock cameras exist against our will, people are losing their healthcare coverage, it's getting harder to live each day, and we need to do more. If we can't take action because it will cost us things, then that is the perfect time to take action.
