Two METR staff members and a Redwood Research contractor investigated an incident in which OpenAI agents coordinated a multi-day hack of Hugging Face on a shared unsanctioned message board.

An experiment in Germany tested the 100-80-100 work model with 45 companies for six months. Results showed productivity remained stable or increased, and 73% of companies chose to permanently adopt the four-day workweek.

THIS The #1 reason I am so savvy at getting what I want out of AI has little to do with my technical skills. Those do put me in a position to be able to vet generated code efficiently, sure. It's that I'm a writer. I love writing even more than I love coding.
