I've had a few days off and made the most of them! The end is in sight for this draft at last! I definitely think I see the big picture of the book and how every piece is going to fit together. I'm so excited to finish this round-up! #AmEditing

After a week off, Chapter 16 is done! This is one of my favorite chapters in the book, and reading Tolkien lately has definitely made me step up my game as a writer! Always learning, always trying new things, and always trying to make this story the best it can be! #AmEditing

Chapters 13, 14, and 15 are all done today! Editing is such a slippery slope. Sometimes you feel like you make a ton of progress, other times you feel like you've just got to start all over again! #AmEditing

Chapter 11 is done!!! I feel like I'm simultaneously getting a lot of revisions done while also feeling like I have much further to go! But progress is progress! #AmEditing

Chapter 10 is done this round of edits! I feel so good about how this editing round is going. Taking a break from the manuscript did wonders, and now I feel like the bigger picture is becoming clearer every session! #AmEditing

My goal for this year was to read 50 books... I just read my 50th already!!! Time to go for 100?!

I forgot to post when I finished Chapter 8, but 9 is done too! I am getting some momentum going and every day of editing feels really rewarding! #AmEditing
