Trump voters love this cruelty. And they're too stupid and short-sighted to visualize a Dem President withholding funding from Florida hurricane victims or Missouri flood victims.

I have a family member in law enforcement who worked this case. It wore her out, but they got him dead to rights. He's a sociopath who can't believe he got caught. He still thinks he can game the system.
