I feel like not knowing what caused Nova to grant Zorah's wish like that was a little bit more fun. Yeah sure, it did look pretty evil during the events of Road Trip. But, I thought Nova's thought process was still vague enough that you could still interpret it as neutral. It was a neat mystery

When Air Riders was revealed, some people were acting like including Magolor would compromise Sakurai's directorial vision or whatever. Now it looks like the game carries over a lot of the things that made the original Air Ride unique, does its own new things, and it even has Magolor.

I just found the most obscure reference in the Air Riders direct. When they were showing off those licenses you could decorate, they showed off a sticker which is pretty obviously based on the Knight Sword from Super Kirby Clash. But that shield sticker is also reference to the Knight gear!
