You know work has been bad when other units start to send you food and treats. This summer has been rough in the PICU.
Checking my school emails bring me so much stress. I'm just over everything
I cannot make hours appear, I can't make ppl work more or not take vacations. I've told you several times I won't get 252hrs. I'm so over this program
I don't know how many times my one preceptor left her job so I had to find a new site. The new site my preceptor is only in office one day a week. I went from having someone that works 4 days a week to 1 and my other preceptor only works 2 days a week.
I keep having to explain to my teacher why my hours are short and they seem to have a comprehensive problem. They are starting to piss me off.
16 pts came into the clinic today, basically busy from 8-4 and there were 2 no shows. I know critical care like the back of my hand. Learning primary care is so new and different.
Don't know what to order for dinner, just gonna eat my slice of portillos chocolate cake and call it a day lol

Just found out when I go part time I can only call in once before getting a verbal warning. And they wonder why ppl don't wanna stay bedside.
